Chingkheihunba Polo Club (B) galloped to the semi final, beating Paradise Polo Club with 12-2 goals in the 2nd Imphal East District Polo Tournament 2022 played at Yairipok Top Chingtha and Ningthounai Kangjeibung Lampak on Sunday.

It was Chingkheihunba Polo Club riders all the way as they struck in every chukker to dominate the proceedings with ease as compared to Paradise Polo team, which managed to hit home the two goals in the first and third chukker.

K Yaikhomba took charge for Chingheihunba as he scored five goals while M Chaoba fetched four goals and Th Santosh got three goals for the victory. The two goals for Paradise were scored by K Samananda and L Rohit Sharma.

In another match, X-Polo Club also booked their berth to the semi finals, beating Chingkheihunba Polo Club (C) by 13-2 goals. For the X-Polo team, L Atangba struck four goals while P Ajit fetched three goals, Th Jacob and Leishemba T got two goals each and L Kokeshwar chipped in with one goal. N Sadananda scored both the goals for Chingkheihunba PC (C).
