As many as four teams on Wednesday entered the semi-finals of the ongoing ‘Christos Women Football Tournament 2023 held under the theme ‘Soul Winning’ at Apollo ground Mini Stadium, Tamenglong district HQ.

The four teams playing in the semi finals, are the United Baptist Church UBC (Liangmai), Kahulong Baptist Church (KBC), United Chiuluan Club (UCC) and the Tamenglong Baptist Church Council (TBCC).
As many as 10 women football teams are participating in the tournament which began on February 6.

Zeliangrong Baptist Church Tamenglong aims to bring together vivacious and avid women of sports guided by the ‘Spirit of the Gospel’ in providing a gateway for athletes to seek a life of Holiness in union with God.
