New Wangparel YC thrashed Tampi FC by 3-0 goals to sail into the semi-final of the ADC Chandel Trophy Super and First Division Football League 2022 organised by DSA Chandel at Liwa Sarei Ground.

Neol and Alban scored a goal each for New Wangparel while Rengan converted an own goal while trying to push to safety. New Wangparel players Neol, Alban and Khamson and Tampi FC players Aimhring, Kanlun got yellow cards in the match.

The other match saw, Kapaam DC settling for a 2-2 goals draw against Liwa Khullen YC to share a point each but the former prevailed into the semi-final.  Bedeenpar scored both the goals for Kapaam DC while Lerphangam and Beshangam fetched the equaliser for Liwa Khullen team. Three Kapaam DC players, namely Morenthar, Ring Shangam, Beshillong and Liwa Khullen players Lerphangam got yellow cards in the match.

With the completion of the league round, Hnaringkhu YC will face New Wangparel YC in the first semi-final while Anbilish Trust FC will meet Kapaam DC in the second semi-final tomorrow.
