A 20-member junior women hockey team was flagged off by former Olympian Ksh Thoiba Singh for participating in the 11th Hockey India Junior Women National Championship 2021 to be held at Simdega, Jharkhand from October 20 to 29.

The junior women hockey team members are H Pabitra Devi, M Helena, S Purnima, M Prinja, K Sarla, Ksh Sonia, T Devika, H Bidyalaxmi, N Kamala, T Ayingbi, Niha T, K Reena, A Sana, K Silvia, S Tanu, K Thoibi, I Kundali and Th Linthoingambi Chanu.

The team will be accompanied by Pukhrambam Purnima Devi as manager while Thiyam Roshankumar Singh is the coach.
