Ward No.1, 11, 13 triumphs in KIWWT

The breath-taking first match between Ward No.1 and Ward No.4 in the ongoing 15th Kanggui Inter-Ward Wise Tournament today at M. Thomas Ground, Kangpokpi DHQs ended with 4-3 in favour Ward No.1.
The dazzling Messi’s look alike pin-sized Sehgouhao gave Ward No.1 an early lead in the 25th minute and added another goal in the 40th minute after his teammate Paogouhao headed home a farewell goal to his youth in the 35th minute.
The goal was shortly equalized by Joel of Ward No.4 with his double goal in the 37th and
42nd minute and Lamminlal’s goal in the 46th minute. The winning goal of Ward No.1 came through Haominlen strike in the 55th minutes.
In the second match, an owned goal from Lhunminlen in the 10th minute and another goal from Seigoulal in the 35th minute gave Ward No. 11 overcame the combination of Ward No. 5 & 6 with a margin of 2-1.
Mimin of Ward No.5 & 6 scored the solitary goal of his ward in the 56th minute.
In the third match, Ward No. 13 had an easy win over a stubborn Ward No. 2 (A2). Lamgou double in the 25th and 30th minutes and Thangvanglen double in the 47th and 65th minutes devastated all efforts Ward No.2 (A2) to retain its stubbornness in the last season.
There will be no match tomorrow and on Sunday. On Monday, the striking Ward No.3 will take on defending runner up Ward No.17 in the first match at 10:30 am and Ward No.7 will play Ward No.11 in the second match at 12:30 pm while Ward No.8 and Ward No.13 will lock horn in the third match at 2:00 pm.
