Zeliangrong United Front/Zeliangrong Tiger Force (ZUF/ZTF) has expressed condolence over the demise of the organisation’s captain (L) Thiupandai alias Apan Panmei son of Tingsanglung Panmei from Guainanglong (Oinamlong) village, Tamenglong district, Manipur.

He was undergoing treatment for his prolonged illness from piles-case and he succumbed to the illness on January 2, stated a release signed by secretary, ministry of information and publicity Hozam Thaimei. Thiupandai Panmei served for Zeliangrong nation as captain in Zeliangrong Tiger Force (ZTF) with unwavering patriotism until his demise, it stated. For his selfless contribution towards the Zeliangrong national cause, his name shall be recorded in the pages Zeliangrong history and cherished by all, the release stated.

ZUF/ZTF also conveyed deep condolence to the bereaved family members and friends of Thiupandai Panmei and prayed the Almighty God to grant his soul eternal peace, it added.
