The Zeliangrong United Front (ZUF) on Monday announced that Aihong Riamroi is appointed to be the full-fledged general secretary of the front and officiated the act of induction therewith.
The recently concluded budget session of the joint council meeting of ZUF has made a major reshuffling and up and downsizing of officials, ZUF stated in a release issued by its chairman Jenchui Kamei.
The changes have been made at the joint council Meeting held on March 21 at its Council Headquarters, it stated.
The post of ‘chief secretary’ is removed or exited by 'absolute house' with effect from the date of the joint council meeting, ZUF stated.
New departments, namely War Victims, Art and Culture, Minority affairs, a new Region of Intangki and Sub-Region of Antrimon have been introduced and adopted unanimously, it mentioned. Considering reshuffling and allocation of portfolios, the orders have been unanimously passed and adopted by the 'absolute house' of the meeting, it added.
