Most of the bank accounts of job card holders of Changamdabi gram panchayat are opened at MSCB, Porompat branch and when the job card holders went to withdraw their wages at the bank, it was found that the wages amount had already been withdrawn, he added.

Imran said the wages are to be withdrawn after submitting Know Your Customer (KYC) to the bank and before the submission of KYC even an account holder is not allowed to get account statements for their respective bank accounts.

When the job card holders enquired the officials of the bank, they were told to submit an application regarding the issue and even after submitting that, the officials, instead of solving the issue, are playing delay tactics, he alleged.

Almost all the job card holders of Changamdabi gram panchayat are sole bread earners and instead of solving the problems the banking officials are not cooperating with the job card holders, said Imran.
