Thoubal and Kakching District Apunba Lup (TAKDAL) on Tuesday announced that it will organise a public convention at Khongjom War memorial complex at 1 pm on Wednesday. The convention will discuss the prevailing situation in the state and measures to protect the state’s integrity, a release stated, urging the public to take part in the convention and express their ideas.
