Scribe selected for Khelen Thokchom Trust fellowship

Huidrom Ronibala has been selected for the Khelen Thokchom Trust (KTT) Media Fellowship award 2021-2022.

Khelen Thokchom Trust (KTT) on Wednesday announced that the staff reporter of Naharolgi Thoudang Huidrom Ronibala Chanu had been selected for the Khelen Thokchom Trust (KTT) Media Fellowship award 2021-2022.

In a release, KTT stated that Huidrom Ronibala has been selected for the fellowship award on ‘Vanishing playfields of Manipur and its impact on health and sports’.

She will be rewarded with a sum of Rs 50,000 to support her research and documentation of ‘the impact of vanishing playfields in health and sports of the society’, in the next three months with effect from January of 2022, it stated.

The media person from Ishok Mamang Leikai, Nambol in Bishnupur district with seven years of experience in journalism had completed her bachelor in Journalism and her master in Sociology, it added.
