A scooterist was killed in a collision with a car near Langjing Bazaar, under Patsoi Police Station, Imphal West district at 9 pm on Monday. The victim has been identified as Toijam Pritamkumar, 37, son of late Toijam Bihari, from Awang Khunou Mamang Leikai. He was riding a Bajaj scooter bearing license number MN01E/1200. Patsoi Police station filed a case in connection with the incident. After a post mortem was conducted at RIMS Mortuary, the body was handed over to the bereaved family, police sources said.
