The directorate of education(S), Manipur has declared the result for engagement of graduate teachers (Arts graduate teachers and Science graduate teachers)/Hindi graduate teachers/primary Hindi teachers on contract basis under the Department of Education(S).

According to a notification issued by the directorate, 613 candidates were selected for Arts graduate teachers, 309 for Science graduate teachers, 376 for Hindi primary teachers and 131 for Hindi graduate teachers.

"On the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee/Selection Committee constituted in this regard arid also in pursuance of government approval conveyed vide letters No.33/14/2019-SE(S) Pt dated 3rd February, 2023 & No.4/5/2019 SE(S) Pt dated 3rd  February, 2023, the result for engagement of Graduate Teachers (Arts Graduate Teachers and Science Graduate Teachers)/Hindi Graduate Teachers/Primary Hindi Teachers on contract basis under the Department of Education (S), Manipur are declared," the notification signed by Manipur director (Education-S) L Nandakumar Singh read.

It stated that the selection of the candidates is strictly subject to verification of character, antecedents, medical fitness and educational certificates testimonials etc. 

The details of the lists of the selected/successful candidates along with a waitlist (in order of merit) for each of the categories of posts can be seen at the official website of the department at www.manipureducation.gov.in.

No formal order for contractual engagement will be issued and the effective date of engagement will be from the date of signing the Contractual Agreement. The date of signing the Contract Agreement will be notified further, it added.
