The Manipur State Committee of Communist Party of India (Marxist) has extended support to the CPI (M) Politburo, demanding the Narendra Modi government to respond to the allegations leveled by former Jammu and Kashmir governor Satya Pal Malik.

The state committee stated that the allegations hurled by the former governor against the Modi government regarding the Pulwama terrorist attack that claimed the lives of 40 CRPF jawans was a serious matter which should not be taken lightly.

In a recent interview, Malik lashed out at the Modi government for allegedly failing to protect its jawans and stated that the attack could have been avoided if the government had aided.
