A ‘Ningol Ningtham Khudol’ programme organised by Ward No XXII committee, Wangkhei assembly constituency was held at Citizens’ Club, Soibam Leikai, Wangkhei Khunou, Imphal East on Friday.

At the occasion, intending candidate of Wangkhei assembly constituency Th Arunkumar Singh pointed out that natural resources of Manipur need to be mobilised.
The development of villages and towns located at the border area is necessary in order to protect the borders of Manipur, he said.
