High Court of Manipur advocate Ningombam Bupenda Meitei has been inducted into the Executive Panel of AICC Law, Human Rights and RTI Department by Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday.
AICC General Secretary (Organisation), KC Venugopal, in a release, informed that Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has approved the reconstitution of the AICC Law, Human Rights and RTI Department.
The statement also said that Kharge appointed Abhishek Manu Singhvi as its chairman along with Salman Khurshid, Vivek Tankha, KTS Tulsi and four others in the senior panel.
In the executive panel, the Congress president has appointed Ningombam Bupenda Meitei as its member along with ten others in All India Congress Committee Law, Human Rights and RTI Department, it stated.
N Bupenda Meitei is also an AICC member and senior Spokesperson of Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee, it mentioned.
