MPCC Organisational Election Monitoring Committee convenor Km Tilotama Loitongbam stated in a release that as per the schedule of INC, pradesh returning officer Pratap Bhanusharma visited Imphal on Monday and conducted the first and second phase of the organisational election of MPCC and declared the results.

All the election arrangements were furnished by BROs/DROs with required documents submitted to PRO Manipur, for scrutiny and approval, it read.
