Members who left Congress to join other parties return

A total of 14 members who joined other political parties returned to the Congress with four of them being the main leaders of other political parties.

Some members who joined different political parties returned to the Congress fold after quitting BJP, JDU and NPP in Kshetrigao Block Congress Unit.

A total of 14 members who joined other political parties returned to the Congress with four of them being the main leaders of other political parties.

Those four are, Angom Leishemba, vice president of Youth JDU (Kshetrigao Mandal); Nongthombam Chandra, president JDU of Kshetrigao Mandal; Md Afzal Khan, executive member BJP; Alhaj Mukram, executive member NPP.

In connection with home coming, ex-MLA Amin Shah appreciated all for rejoining the Congress.

He highlighted that the people believe in the Congress party, giving an example of MP Bimol, who won the MP election, stating that the people know that only Congress can save Manipur from destroyers.

“The motive of the people was clear when Bimol was elected as an MP”, said Amin Shah.
He appealed to the people to unite with the Congress for creating history, announcing a good campaign for unity.
