Thoubal DC on Tuesday informed that the ‘Meeyamgi Numit’ (People’s Day) will be organised at the Counting Hall, Thoubal DC office complex from 10 am on Friday.
A notification issued by the Thoubal DC A Subash Singh informed the District Level Officers (DLOs), public leaders and general public that the Thoubal district administration will organise ‘Meeyamgi Numit’ at the Counting Hall, Thoubal DC office complex.
On the day of Meeyamgi Numit, all applicants should submit their grievances/applications individually in writing for better facilitation and co-ordination and registration will close at 1 pm, it informed.
All DLOs should personally be present along with necessary preparation so that specific assistance could be given on the spot itself, it added.
The office of Bishnupur DC also notified that the Bishnupur district administration will organise ‘Meeyamgi Numit’ at the Panchayat Resource Centre (PRC) Hall of Mini Secretariat Complex, Bishnupur from 10 am to 2 pm on Friday.
A notification issued by additional DC of Bishnupur Hanjabam Bobby Sharma notified all DLOs, officials of all departments in the district and the public that the Bishnupur district administration will organise ‘Meeyamgi Numit’ on Friday.
The notification was issued in continuation of the order of even number dated July 21, 2022 and in pursuance of letter no. PLG-401/1/2022-PLG-Planning-Part (1) dated July 11, 2022 of the secretariat of the Planning department, government of Manipur, it stated.
It informed all concerned to attend the programme and facilitate the queries of the public, and also urged the public to attend the programme to avail the facilities provided in the event.
All DLOs shall open dedicated counters or tables of their respective departments to address the queries of the public or for the delivery of services, it added.
