Indian Red Cross Society, Imphal West secretary Th Bamkim, as the resource person, spoke about the critical importance of voluntary donation to save many lives in need of emergency blood transfusion.

The programme was organised by Social Upliftment Association in association with State Blood Cell State Health Mission Society of Manipur, Manipur Voluntary Health Association and Young Women Help Association.

More than 50 persons attended the programme.
