The Manipur Government on Friday issued an order for the transfer and posting of15 inspectors of Manipur Police department with immediate effect and until further orders.
As per the order issued by director general of police, Manipur, Imphal Rajiv Singh, inspector Manatha Kamei presently posted as OC/Joujangtek-PS (u/o of transfer to OC/Kaimai PS) has been transferred to CID(Security), while inspector CAR/TML, Rang K has been posted as OC/Kaimai-PS.
The statement also said that inspector, Aribam Nabakanta Sharma, presently posted as OC/Yaingangpokpi-PS has now been posted as OC/Nambol; OC/Nambol-PS, Inspector Maimom Jiten Singh has been posted as Inspt/Vigilance; Inspector Yangmi Hashunao Shimray presently posted as CAR/IW (u/o of transfer to CID-Security) has been transferred as OC/Yaingangpokpi-PS; inspector MD Abdul Salam currently posted as OC/Thoubal Dam-PS (u/o of transfer of OC/Purul-PS) is posted as CID (Security).
It further said that inspector CAR/TML Ginlianmang Naulak has been transferred as OC/Purul-PS, while inspector Mutum Maipak Singh from MPTC has been posted as CAR/IW; inspector Thongkhohao Baite presently posted as CID (Security) is posted as OC/Sangaikot-PS; inspector Thangpu Kipgen posted as OC/Sangaikot-PS has now been posted as OC/Gamnom Sapermeina-PS.
It added that inspector Tongminthang Khongsai presently posted as OC/Gamnom Sapermeina-PS has been transferred to CID (Security) to be utilised at Kangpokpi temporarily; inspector Namdingpou Kamei from SIT has been transferred as OC/Nungba-PS; inspector Thongam Nilamani Singh who is the present OC/Nungba-PS has been transferred to SIT; while OC/Tousem-PS, inspector Thaimei Dominique Gaiphunlung has been posted as OC/Noney-PS and inspector TP Kiukamlakpou presently posted as OC/Noney-PS has now been posted as OC/Tousem-PS.
The concerned Superintendents of Police should take necessary action accordingly and report compliance, the order mentioned.
