Manipur CAF and PD director Robertson Asem has written to all the superintendent of police concerned to deploy security personnel at Oil pumps in their respective jurisdiction for smooth functioning of the Retail Outlets (Oil Pump).

A letter addressed to the respective superintendents of police on Thursday stated that purchase of petrol and diesel in containers and jerrycans will not be allowed and appropriate legal action to be taken against such practices.
The following list of supply of POL product (Petrol) to the Retail Outlets (Oil Pumps) from IOC, Imphal as on Thursday and to be sold on Friday to the general public was also enclosed.
