Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL) on Wednesday notified all the consumers of Western-1 and JNV feeders from Yurembam substation that there will be a planned shutdown from 10 am to 4 pm on Thursday.

In a release, MSPDCL stated that the consumers of the Western-1 and JNV feeders from Yurembam substation will not get power supply on Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm for utility shifting regarding ongoing road expansion at Sagoltongba Mamang.

The areas of the planned shutdown include Yurembam, Awangkhunou, Konthoujam, Sagoltongba, Khumbong, Kamong, Awang Jiri, Kheithelmanbi, Kheithelmanbi Assam Rifles etc. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted, it added.
