Manipur Hawkers’ Association on Tuesday appealed to the subscribers of the daily newspapers of the state to clear due bills before the Ningol Chakkouba Festival.

Recalling the importance of the annually celebrated Ningol Chakkouba festival, the association, in a statement, requested the subscribers to clear the necessary due bills so that the hawkers may also take part in a fulfilling celebration.
