The High Court Bar Association of Manipur and All Manipur Bar Association have strongly condemned the physical assault with an attempt to outrage the modesty of a lady advocate by one Longjam Rohit Singh on Tuesday.

In a release, Samarjit Hawaibam, secretary of High Court Bar Association of Manipur, stated that Rohit, 27, son of L Jibonkuamr of Thangmeiband Meisnam Leikai, Imphal West allegedly assaulted physically with an attempt to outrage the modesty of one lady advocate named as N Tejpriya Devi on Tuesday while she was in full uniform and on the way from High Court of Manipur to the Revenue Tribunal, Lamphelpat.
