The latest order issued by Director of Education (Schools), L Nandakumar Singh, instructed all Zonal Education Officers under the Education (S) Department to inform all concerned under their jurisdiction and take up necessary actions accordingly.

The statement mentioned that the school opening order dated November 24, 2024 regarding resumption of normal classes for all schools of the state, Government, Government Aided, Private and Central Schools, is hereby cancelled and all school of valley districts will continue to remain closed on Monday and Tuesday.

The order is issued with the approval of the government, it added.
