DGP LM Khaute appreciated the gesture of the Lions Club of Imphal and expressed that the police force is one of the frontline warriors to combat COVID-19 and one needs to show love and respect to them, a release stated.

The masks and sanitisers were handed out to the DGP by club president, I Gojendra Singh, Y Manglem Singh and Th Imomacha Singh.

IGP and nodal officer COVID-19 of Police Department, L Priyokumar Singh and other senior police officials were also present during the occasion, the release said.
