A one-day Club Level Leadership Institute (CLLI) training programme of Lions District 322D for Manipur state was held at the Lions Service Centre, Sangaiprou on Sunday.
The programme was attended by Th Gourbidhu, coordinator, Dist 322D as course director, vice district governor 2, Dist 322D, Th Kesho, past district governors M Gojendra and H Manikumar Singh, Y Modhu, P Rajamani and Lion Ksh Manglem as resource persons. They spoke on various aspects like teamwork, leadership qualities, creating and achieving a vision of the club and protocols to be followed.
Speaking at the training programme, course director Th Gourbidhu said that the course module of CLLI is designed on the lines of Emerging Lions Leadership Institute (ELLI) and Regional Lions Leadership Institute (RLLI) training modules, which are conducted at international or regional level.
Forty lion leaders from different Lions Club across the state attended the training programme hosted by Lions Club of Imphal.
