A mega kite flying event was held at Ngangkhalawai Playground, Bishnupur district, giving awareness on the ill effects of drugs and substance abuse to the youths and children on February 26.

The event was held on the theme ‘High with kites, down with drugs’. Altogether 120 children took part in the event.

The innovative event was organised by District Level Nasha Mukt Bharat campaign, Bishnupur district. The DSWO Bishnupur N Jotish and chief functionary of Anouba Punsikon Keisam Pradipkumar kicked off the event.
