On the occasion of the 51st birthday of Rahul Gandhi, Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) president Govindas Konthoujam flagged off a team of MPCC pandemic Management Sub-Committee to distribute essential food items at Pallel, Kangpokpi and Andro areas on Saturday.

General secretary MPCC Sobhachandra also visited community home isolation centres at Malom bazar, Mekola, Kamakhya Pemton college Hiyangthang and Pitambara School Heinoukhongnembi under Naoriya Pakhanglakpa assembly constituency and presented Vit-C and Zinc supplement tablets to the centres.

Manipur Pradesh Youth Congress president Mahananda Nungleppam, president of National Students Union of India Manipur Kabir Ahmed and volunteers of NSUI also distributed essential food items at Pallel.
