Tamenglong Autonomous District Council (TADC) former chief executive officer and founder president of Trinity Public School Tamenglong RK Ragaisin passed away on Sunday in a hospital in Delhi after battling with a prolonged illness. His mortal remains would be arriving on Monday and the last rites would be performed on December 28.
Everyone in Tamenglong district headquarters was shocked and saddened by the sudden and untimely demise of retired CEO RK Ragaisin who is also the father of BJP intending candidate Janghemlung Panmei.
The former CEO was recipient of Bharat excellence award by friendship Forum of India and conferred with Northeastern golden personalities’ award.
He was blessed with two daughters, 12 grandchildren and two sons, including one pastor Daisok Panmei in USA and younger brother BJP intending Janghemlung Panmei.
Condolences poured in from different sections on his sudden demise.
Trinity Public School Tamenglong in its condolence message stated, “A beacon in the darkness was you. A giant tree of shade for many people who crossed your path; you have created a legacy which will continue for generations.” School principal Achilo Kikon said their prayers are with the family in this hour of mourning.
Quoting from Holy Revelation 21:4, it stated, “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more deaths or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away. We will miss you. Until we meet again.”
BJP intending candidate Samuel Jendai and family also extended their condolences over the demise of Panmei.
“Many of us who knew him would know that he was a very special man. We cannot imagine what the family he had left must be feeling right now. Words may not suffice to express the heartfelt sorrow. We would like to convey our deepest sympathy to the bereaved family. May our loving God the Father stay by the side of the family during this difficult time. The family will be in our humble prayers. Also, may the fond memories of RK Ragaisin Panmei bring the family comfort during these hard times,” Jendai added.
“All the staff of ADC, Tamenglong pray to almighty God for eternal peace of the departed soul in heavenly abode and share the sorrow of the grave stricken family,” Ningreingam stated in the condolence message.
