MLA Vungzagin Valte on Wednesday inaugurated the first ISI Mineral Packaging Water Plant for Churachandpur district at Simveng, Lamka which is run by THOM'S Agency.

In a simple ceremony, the proprietor of THOM'S Agency, Liana Thomte, spoke about his struggle for over two years to get approval and certificate from the International Standard Institute saying that he had been supplying mineral water for many years which is now approved and certified by the concerned authority.

The MLA congratulated the proprietor and his team for the mineral water packaging plant, the first ISI certified in the district, that will boost the health of the people. He called upon all other mineral water suppliers to emulate THOM'S Agency and get certified from ISI as it's not about the cleanliness of water but its compatibility with health factors.
