A release stated that after coming across the news of the death of Arambam Nanao, the LMG Manipur executive council decided to give the financial aid of Rs 16,000 along with a Baby Johnson Kids Packet to the bereaved family. Recalling the death of Arambam Nanao, it stated that Nanao collapsed and died inside his own home while a Manipur Police team led by SI Jitendra was conducting an investigation at his residence.
Led by LMG president L Kunjeshwar Sharma, the event was attended by secretary Ojit Sorokhaibam, publicity secretary Rakesh Naorem and Eteen Maibam, along with members Inaoba Nongmaithem, Ranjit Kangjam, Surendra Ningomba, Maibam Sobita Devi, Keke Wahengbam, Maibam Boinao, Leo Nameirakpam, P Rajendro, Kennedy and Sanjitkumar, it added.
Speaking on the occasion, LMG publicity secretary Rakesh Naorem stated that Nanao’s death is a sorrowful yet suspicious death, it stated. He added LMG shared the sorrows of the bereaved family and prayed for the peace of the departed soul of Nanao, it mentioned.
