DGP Manipur, MHRC chairperson discuss Manipur issue

Manipur DGP, Manipur along with his team called on Manipur Human Rights Commission (MHRC) chairperson Justice UB Saha at the chamber of MHRC chairperson and discussed the prevailing human rights situation of Manipur.

Justice Saha suggested various points that the Manipur police could initiate in bringing lasting peace in Manipur.  

Rajiv Singh, DGP, Manipur also informed that he has taken details brief from IGP Zone-1 Themthing Ngashangva who accompanied the MHRC chairperson during his maiden visit to Moreh in Tengnoupal District on Friday.

The discussion was attended by ADGP, Ashutosh Sinha. MHRC member KK Singh along with IGP Mamata Wahengbam and MHRC Law Officer W Basantakumar also attended the discussion.
