The Jana Neta  Irawat Memorial Trust (JIMET), Jiribam on Sunday observed the 70th death anniversary of Lamyanba Hijam Irabot by offering floral tributes at his statue located at Irabot Complex, Babupara in Jiribam district on Sunday.  At the event, JIMET president Dr Chandam Kamal Singh said that the day is annually observed by offering floral tributes to Lamyanba Jana Neta Hijam Irabot. Vice chairman Manipur Food Industries Corporation Limited K Sarat kumar Singh lauded JIMET for organising the programme and giving him the opportunity to take part in it. He exhorted the public to uphold the ideals of Irabot and pay respects to the leader on his 70th death anniversary. The occasion was attended by JIMET members and representatives of civil organisations.
