The first meeting of district level coordination team and all sub-divisional development monitoring mission prabhari officers along with district Level officers and SDOs/BDOs of Churachandpur district was held at the Conference Hall of DC’s office on Wednesday.
On the occasion, special secretary (Home) and prabhari officer for Churachandpur H Gyan Prakash presided the meeting.
The meeting was in line with the aim of ensuring development to reach every person and every village for which the state government has initiated the Subdivision Development Monitoring Mission where prabhari officer for each sub-Division has been designated from among IAS, IFS, MCS, MFS officers.
In the meeting, various DLOs made power-point presentations highlighting the departments’ achievements through powerpoint presentations that were made by the district’s PHED, Health department, ADC, Social Welfare, Horticulture, Agriculture, Fishery, CAF&PD, PWD, Power/MSPDCL, Forest, DRDA and Police departments.
The meeting highlighted the role of prabhari officers to monitor and streamline development works in the sub-division and build a momentum where they can chip in towards the realisation of the aims.
Gyan Prakash urged all concerned to compile complete data of beneficiaries under various schemes of different departments and work sincerely for the success of the mission.
