The second childline advisory board meeting, organised by Childline Collaborative Organisation, Kakching, was held at the conference hall of Kakching DC on Monday to discuss the improvement of the childline activities.

The event was attended by ADC/ADM Kakching A Adharii; additional SP (Law and Order) of Kakching MPS Y Jayraj; chairperson of Child Welfare Committee, Kakching Kumari Naorem; chief medical officer of Kakching Th Rajen; child protection officer of Thoubal district K Amita; director of Childline Collaborative Organization, Kakching Kh Tompok; ZEO of Kakching Y Amuba; DTO of Thoubal K Naresh; CDPO of Kakching N Nalini; and co-ordinator of Childline Collaborative Organisation, Kakching Naorem Ajit.

Demonstrating a powerpoint presentation Kh Thompok said the primary objective for holding the meet was to inform the district level officers about the welfare activities taken up by the Childline Collaborative Organisation, Kakching in the previous year. He also recalled the role of CCO, Kakching in combating the COVID-19 pandemic.
