The attestation parade for 133 Constables of recruit batch No. 241 was conducted at Satish Chandra Parade Ground of Subsidiary Training Centre, Border Security Force, Churachandpur on Saturday.
IG M & C FTR BSF Akhileshwar Singh (PMG, PPMMS) reviewed the grand parade as chief guest.
On the occasion, 133 constables who successfully completed their basic training took an oath for their duties towards the nation.
Their training includes a rigorous training of physical efficiency, weapon handling and firing, map reading, field engineering, border management, internal security, law and human rights etc.
Constable Deepak Chand commanded the parade. Prominent personalities of Churachandpur, officers, school kids of Kendriya Vidyalaya and media persons witnessed the attestation parade.
After the impressive parade of the new constables, a local martial arts show, band show and PT Jump shows were exhibited which were well appreciated and cherished by the spectators.
