The Joint Committee Inner Line Permit System (JCILPS) Jiribam Branch and the All Manipur Students’ Union (AMSU) Jiribam district committee on Monday paid condolences to late late Bk Moirangcha at AMSU Jiribam office at Babupara, Jiribam.

Speaking at the occasion, JCILPS Jiribam branch co-convenor Y Romen said that the members of JCILPS Jiribam branch extended their condolences over the loss of convenor of JCILPS head office Bk Moirangcha.
Recalling the contributions of BK Moirangcha, he said the committee shares the sorrows of the bereaved family.
