The Assam Rifles is set to host a special ex-servicemen rally under the theme ‘Pride in Service: Remembering, Reflecting, and Rekindling,’ on September 21 at Kakching Garrison.

Senior officials from the military, Assam Rifles, and civil administration will also participate in the celebration to honor ex-servicemen. In addition, veterans will have access to dedicated Assam Rifles kiosks as well as civil service kiosks offering assistance with banking, social welfare, agriculture, horticulture, and private security services, stated a release.

Assam Rifles Ex-servicemen, Veer Naris and Dependents are also invited to join the rally from 8.30 am onwards and come together to honour the spirit of service, rekindle the bonds of brotherhood, and cherish the legacy, it mentioned.
