Apart from the ongoing “Har Ghar Tiranga” initiative, 143 Bn CRPF organized a series of activities in village Khulem Leikai, to promote National unity and pride.
The day began with a cleanliness drive in Laishran leirak village, where personnel from 143 Bn, CRPF participated in cleaning activities, demonstrating their commitment to community service, Ravinder Sharma Commandant 143 Bn stated in a release.
Later, Bipul Kumar, IGP M& N Sector and other senior Officers of CRPF planted saplings in the village, emphasizing the importance of environmental conservation, the CRPF stated.
The CRPF informed that the highlight of the day was a Bike rally from Khulem leikai village to Lamjing and Kandala fort, where personnel from 143 Bn led by Bipul Kumar, IPS, IGP M& N Sector and Ravinder Sharma Commandant 143 Bn and other senior officers rode through the streets, carrying the National flag and spreading awareness about the significance of hoisting the Tricolor on August 15.
The initiative aims to encourage locals to hoist the National flag in their homes, promoting a sense of patriotism and unity. 143 Bn CRPF remains committed to engaging with the community and fostering a spirit of national pride, the CRPF stated.
