A two-day Seminar/Workshop with the ‘Vice-Chancellors and Registrars of all Central Universities and the Ministry of Education (MoE) funded deemed to be Universities of the North-Eastern states’ was held on Friday and Saturday at Manipur University, Imphal.
The seminar was chaired by Minister of State, Education and External Affairs RK Ranjan Singh as chief guest.
The function started with a candle lighting ceremony by professor vice-chancellor, Manipur University N Lokendro Singh.
The minister of State, vice-chancellors, directors, registrars, officials of the ministry of education, University Grant Commission (UGC) and other representative officers participated in the seminar were felicitated during the occasion.
