The deputy commissioner Tamenglong on Friday announced the 2nd edition of District Level Tamenglong Schools Debating Championship 2024 under the theme ‘Battle of Brains 2.0’ at Tamenglong District Headquarter.
In his notification L Angshim Dangshawa informed that the championship is slated to be held on September 30 under the aegis of Tamenglong Schools Debating Championship Committee (TSDCC).
He said the notice serves as a first intimation to inform the general public especially to all the schools and students’ community that Tamenglong Schools Debating Championship Committee has set to offer total cash prizes of upto Rs 1 lakh, revolving grand trophy, medals, certificates and others.
He informed that the Debating Championship is opened for all bonafied school students under Tamenglong district studying upto class XII.
The topic and other details of the planned competition will be made public at the appropriate time, he said.
