School Fagathansi Mission has improved education system in Manipur: S Rajen Singh
Now the students need not to go to private schools since the government schools have been improved a lot, the Manipur Education Minister said

Manipur Education Minister S Rajen Singh on Monday said that children are the assets of their families, and parents and guardians will feel secure and happy when their children achieve their feat.
He was speaking as chief guest at the inaugural function of Yumnam Huidrom Higher Secondary under School Fagathansi Mission.
He said that the government with the initiative of School Fagathansi Mission has improved the education system in the state. Number of school dropout students has tremendously decreased, he informed.
He informed that the government is well prepared for the successful implementation of National Education Policy (NEP) in the state. It was launched in the year 2020 by the Prime Minister of India with the objective to improve the education system of the country. “Every one of us should also cooperate with such initiatives,” he added.
Minister maintained that there has been development in many spheres during the regime of the present government. “Manipur is a poor state. Maximum number of parents in the state cannot afford education in private schools for their children. Now the students need not to go to private schools since the government schools have been improved a lot,” he said.
Rajen advised that school teachers need to focus on the teaching and training of the students with sincerity and dedication. He also warned that employees of government schools and colleges should stop taking interest in transfer and posting.
Speaking as president, Tourism Minister O Lukhoi Singh said that there have been transformations in many fields during the period of the BJP led government. Wangoi Assembly Constituency has also been transformed to a good shape, he said.
Commissioner (Edn) M Harekrishna, director education L Nandakumar Singh also shared the dais as guests of honour, he added.
