The Manipur Students' Federation (MSF) on Wednesday warned to take necessary action against private educational institutes which are operating against the guidelines and protocols given by the state government.
Speaking to the media persons on the observance of 23rd foundation day of MSF held at its head office in Imphal, MSF president Khangembam Bidyasagar said that the student's body is committed to continue the ‘School Faghathansi’ mission for bringing a better education system in the society.
Apart from education, MSF will continue to extend their services for the well-being of the people of Manipur and will be taking the frontal role in any issue related with the interest of the state, he added while highlighting the various initiatives taken by MSF in the interest of the people of Manipur.
Coming to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Bidyasagar appealed to the people of Manipur to maintain strict SOPs in any public gatherings, especially in the political campaign and get vaccinated at the earliest.
The function was attended by MSF advisor, former leaders of MSF and various CVO leaders among others.
In connection with the observance, a blood donation campaign was also organised at the head office of MSF in collaboration with Shija Blood Bank and Transfusion Unit.
