The entire semester end examinations for the PG and UG courses of Manipur University and the first and third semester examinations of the affiliated colleges have been postponed until further orders, said an office order issued on Thursday signed by MU registrar, Prof W Chandbabu Singh.

The order has been issued in pursuance of the Resolution No.2 of the meeting of the deans, heads of departments and directors of centres held on April 21, it added.
Another office order has stated that in pursuance of the Resolution No.4 of the same meeting, the hostellers are required to vacate the hostels at the earliest as all the hostels of the university have been closed.
