The women vegetable vendors were excited to welcome back Hevei as healthy and lively as usual after enduring a hard time fighting the Coronavirus, for which they have decided to honour her for her heroism in overcoming the deadly virus.

A couple, Paominthang Kipgen and Hatnu Kipgen of Vengthah Ward no. 3 also donated a large cake to the women vegetable vendors to honour their colleague.

On behalf of all the women vegetable vendors, one vegetable vendor named Pepe said, “We were very sorry when our colleague was infected with the deadly virus. She is a responsible mother and most importantly a frontline worker in the fight against the pandemic COVID-19.”
