One new COVID-19 case detected in Manipur, active tally rises to 11

No new COVID-19 recovered case or death was reported in Manipur on Thursday.

Manipur on Thursday reported one new COVID-19 case, taking the cumulative number of positive cases in the state to 1,39,898, including a death toll of 2,149. A total of 91 COVID-19 tests were conducted in Manipur onThursday. The cumulative number of COVID-19 tests conducted in Manipur reached 16,61,93. The daily positivity rate is 1.1 per cent.

According to a release by COVID-19 Common Control Room on Thursday, the single COVID-19 case was reported from Kakching district. However, no deaths due to COVID- 19 were reported from any part of the state.

The number of COVID-19 active cases rose to 11 as no new recovery was reported in the state on Thursday. The recovery rate is 98.46 per cent.

The number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered on November 9 was 403. The cumulative doses administered so far reached 32,58,338, including 16,47,792 first dose, 13,34,796 second dose and the 2,75,750 precautionary dose.
