Manipur on Thursday reported one COVID-19 case pushing the state's tally total positive case to 1,37,242 and zero death case confining the death toll at 2,120, according to the latest update by the state health department.

A total of 65 COVID-19 tests were conducted in Manipur on Thursday, of which one returned positive. Manipur has so far conducted 16,13,511 COVID-19 tests.
Two new COVID-19 recoveries were also recorded in the state on Thursday. The number of recovered cases stood at 1,35,121 and the recovery rate is 98.45 per cent. Manipur now has one COVID-19 active case, according to a release issued by the state COVID-19 Common Control Room.
Meanwhile, a total of 140 oxygen cylinders and nine B-type oxygen cylinders have been made available to different health institutions and health facilities of Manipur as of June 8.
As per the latest update, the total number of people who have been administered the vaccine has reached 29,12,438 (first dose: 15,74,879 second dose: 12,38,055 precautionary dose: 99,504).
The cumulative number of people who have been vaccinated in the state with the first dose is 61.90 per cent and for the second dose is 52.46 per cent, it mentioned.
