The total number of COVID-19 positive cases in Mizoram surged to 121 as four more fresh cases, one male and three females, were confirmed late Monday, official sources said.

Taking to Twitter, Mizoram DIPR said that the new cases were among the 705 tested for COVID-19. Of them, three were Delhi returnees while one has returned from Maharashtra, the DIPR said.
The DIPR said the new patients, aged 24-30, are from Aizawl. They are asymptomatic and under quarantine, it added.
"From 705 samples, 4 new COVID19 cases (m- 1, f- 3) confirmed last night (15.6.2020), taking the tally to 121 in Mizoram. 3 are returnees from Delhi while 1 has returned from Maharashtra. They are all from Aizawl District, asymptomatic, between ages 24-30, under quarantine," the DIPR tweeted.
Of the total 121 COVID-19 positive cases reported in the state, 120 cases are active, the DIPR said. The state's first COVID-19 patient has recovered and has been discharged from hospital.
Mizoram is yet to register any COVID-19 related death till date.
