Manipur's COVID-19 active caseload surges to three
Manipur reported one COVID-19 positive case on Wednesday.

Manipur on Wednesday reported one new COVID-19 case, pushing the state's active caseload to three. The state's total positive case reached 1,37,244 while the death toll remained at 2,120 with zero COVID-19 related death for almost three months, according to the latest update by the state health department.
The new COVID-19 case reported in the state on Wednesday is from Imphal West.
With zero new COVID-19 recovery on Wednesday, the number of recovered cases stood at 1,35,121 and the recovery rate is 98.45 per cent, according to a release issued by the state COVID-19 Common Control Room.
Meanwhile, a total of 100 oxygen cylinders and 14 B-type oxygen cylinders have been made available to different health institutions and health facilities of Manipur as of June 14.
As per the latest update, the total number of people who have been administered the vaccine has reached 29,29,288 (first dose: 15,81,749 second dose: 12,45,405 precautionary dose: 1,02,134).
The cumulative number of people who have been vaccinated in the state with the first dose is 61.93 per cent and for the second dose is 52.71 per cent, it mentioned.
